So I'll be honest I haven't read through the actual laws that have since been posted. But from what I gather off this article, there is nothing stopping a group of growers getting together, pooling their resources and applying for a micro licence and splitting that between themselves as they see fit?.

Essentially they would be looking for a business plan / investors. If a group of growers had all the required equipment, building, paperwork then I don't see why not!
